Youth

The Youth Group at First Church is a faith-forming experience, where youth can come and be themselves in a setting that is both comfortable and personal. Comprised of about 30 members, almost nobody in our group attends the same school, yet they have formed great friendships through working towards having a deep relationship with God.

At First Church, we care about youth. That’s why we dedicate our time to middle and high school students and give them the chance for Christian growth through regular Wednesday night study and fellowship programs combined with mission work and overnight retreats.

Youth Talent Show

Every year our youth group does a show. Rehearsals will begin in February and are every Sunday after church. The money we raise is used for the youth trips in the summer. 

Scholarship Application

To assist financially in the education or training of First Presbyterian Church members in order that they may pursue higher education. Applications are due each year by April 1. Click on the link below to access the Scholarship Application Form.

Youth Missions: Community Breakfast

The youth assist with the Community Breakfast on the first Saturday of January, March, August, and November. Please plan to come and help serve our neighbors. Plan to arrive at 7:30 a.m. Let a staff member know if you need a ride to the church to participate. ​

WEDNESDAY YOUTH CLUB

Youth Club begins runs from September through May. It is from 6 to 8 p.m. every Wednesday at the church in the Youth Lounge with the exception of Spring Break and Christmas Break. We have dinner, fellowship time, youth choir, and Bible study. We hope you will join us!
